•  Students will be taught what they must know to be able to get employed in an entry level job market.

• Average starting wage scale is $12.50 per hour and up, with Class A CDL, could earn up to $4.00 more.  

• 80% placement rate over last three years of trackable students

Included in the Al-Win training program:

• Familiarization with various types of equipment

• Instruction and practice in starting and shut down procedures

• Actual operation and basic maneuvering with the equipment

• Use of various attachments and training units

• Training in the placing, setting and reading of grade stakes

• Instruction relative to safety of workers and equipment

• Team projects under supervision of instructors, laying out projects, moving earth

• Practical experience in lubrication, maintenance and adjustments
